Stroud Choral Society Constitution
At the AGM November 2021, the members voted to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and approved a draft constitution. Since that meeting the new constitution has been registered with the Charities Commission and our CIO status approved. Finally at a SGM in May 2022, the members agreed to dissolve the former charity and transfer assets etc to the new CIO: Registered Charity Number 1198620. Stroud Choral Society CIO Constitution
